改革开放是迅速提高女性就业水平的重要保证——对深圳女性就业现状的调查分析

Open-and-Reform is a Major Guarantee to Raise Women′s Employment Level——Investigation & Analysis on current Employment State of Women in Shenzhen

本文根据大量调查资料分析了1979年至1991年深圳女性职业构成,以及三大产业中女性职工分布与变化。深圳已成为女性高就业高层次地区,主要原因是实行开放改革,引进外资,大力发展第二产业与第三产业,为女性就业创造了条件。

The basis of this paper consists of a great amount of data from investi-gation concerning the occupational structure of women in Shenzhen in the 1979-1991 period, and the distribution and changes of women employment in threemajor industries. The data indicate that the women employment in Shenzhen ischaracterized by its high percentage and high strata. These should be mainlyattributed to the implementation of the open-and-reform policy and the introduc-tion of foreign investment to energetically develop the secondarv and tertiary in-dustries, which constitute a favorable condition for women's employment.
