摘要
应用运动生物力学的研究方法对挺举上挺阶段运动员的输出功率进行了分析。分析结果表明:发力阶段运动员单位杠铃重量的平均输出功率和最大瞬时输出功率对上挺时杠铃的最大速度起决定作用。本研究还确定了最大瞬时输出功率,杠铃重量与杠铃最大速度和最大升高参数之间的定量关系,探讨了预蹲制动阶段的力学参数对发力阶段最大瞬时输出功率的影响,并应用功率参数对运动员的运动能力进行了初步的分析。
Power outputs generated by clean and jerk weightlifters during the jerk phase were analysed to determine the interrelationships between the power outputs and other parameters such as the weight of the barbell,themaximum vertical velocity and the maximum height it reaches during the jerk.Results of the analysis showed thatthe maximum vertical velocity of the bar is mainly dependant on the average power output and the maximum in-stantaneous(time interval:0.04s)power output per unit barbell mass during the thrust phase,and that themaximum instantaneous power output was closely correlated with the maximum force acting on the bar by liftersduring the braking phase.
