摘要
“微型教学”在许多英语国家已广泛用于外语教师教学技能的培训,取得了令人满意的效果,但在我国培训教师的高等师范院校尚未广泛采用。本文针对师范生入学前没有教学经历,入学后又缺乏教学实践机会这一状况,在大量实践的基础上,提出了模拟学生“微型数学”可作为教学法课程的一部分,并对其优点、步骤、具体做法和应注意的问题做了较详细的论述。
The paper proposes that peer micro-teaching be included in Teaching Methodology as a sup-plementary to Teaching Practice in normal universities and colleges. The author discusses the ad-vantages of peer micro-teaching, its procedure and techniques in some details. Some solutionsare also suggested to possible problems which might arise during micro-teaching.
