摘要
有人说区域旅游已成为当前旅游发展的主要特点之一,我赞成这样的看法。规划和实践中的旅游产品永远是一种空间和时间并存的点线艺术,因此旅游产品广而言之都是区域性的产品。许多旅游理论家在概括旅游这种社会活动的特点时都指出旅游具有区域性,或称之为地域性,所以区域旅游的研究一直都是旅游学术界的热门课题。但旅游业发展到今天,区域旅游的概念仅仅从地域上或行政区划上来认识已远远不够。人们更多地从旅游资源的优势互补、文化色彩极浓的整体销售、旅游业的规模效益、区域总体的竞争能力、协调发展的经济结构以及促进社区经济繁荣、文化进步等更广的角度和更大的范围来重新认识区域旅游。
Taiwan Tourism personnel serve as an important bridge in their exchanges with those of the mainland.Their perception of the mainland's tourism environment is not only most typical,but also presents some problems that deserve our careful consideration in the further development of these exchanges.The author of this article,a Taiwan scholar,first discusses the present situation of the mainland's tourism environment,and then,based on the results of the questionaire survey,makes an analysis and evaluation of the relevant tourism environment including transportation,telecommunication,food and beverage,accommodations,scenic spots,shopping and tour guides as well as the differences appearing in various parts of the country. As the thesis is too lengthy,it will be published in two successive sections starting from this issue.
