衡阳市气候资源及其评价

STUDY OF THE CLIMATE RESOURCES IN HENGYANG

本文研究了衡阳市气候资源的主要特征,对光、热、水资源进行了综合评价,并根据工农业生产发展、光热水资源的利用状况与潜力等,提出了充分合理利用气候资源的建议与措施。

In this paper,the basic characteristics of climate resoures are studied,solar radiation resource,heat resource and water resource are assessed。At sametime,some proposals and measures for the utilization of the climate resources are put forward:(1)optimum of growing structure;(2)make rational use of mountain climate resources;(3)make rational use of winter and spring climate resources。
