This article clares: the principle 'fair play' that advocated in ancient Greece provides fullfil oppotunities for everyone in the respects of 'free-development' and 'desire-realization'. Meanwhile, the principle, indeed, is a critic reasonal legislation to restrict the extreme dilate of self-desire. Being a kind of spirital force (or a certain 'culture-jene'), the 'fair play' or 'desire legislation', that was very pure, ideal and foumal, is one part of the foundations of the western civicization.
