The authers of this paper point out the following results: 1. the exceptionally grand occation of athletic sports in the german Democratic republic had been once symbolized as the superiority of the socialist system. 2. The natural development of athletic sports in the Federal republic of Germany marked the end of a era as a symbol of politic superiority. 3. The athletic sports in the Federal republic of germany must be developed quicked and would rule over the world sports again in the near future according to the latent value conception of Germany people.
