有氧与无氧运动血浆生长激素动态变化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在国内体育科研中领先使用运动中连续采血的方法,动态观察生长激素在不同运动形式过程中的变化规律,即无氧运动反应高于有氧运动;在总输入功和运动时间相同的30分钟运动,生长激素表现出高度差异性;氧亏欠在有氧运动时与生长激素峰值呈线性相关。 It is an advanced method to take blood consciously in physical and scientific research at home. When we watch the changing regularity of growth hormore in different moving forms, we find the reflection is greater in aerobic eserscise than in anerobic exercise during the same 30-minute movement, the growth hormore shows the great difference.
