摘要
本文报导以氯化钙提供离子方式,制备胆红素钙盐后分离生产胆红素的新方法。提示使用本方法生产胆红素时,可使反应容积从传统的石灰水钙盐法减少至20%左右,减少能耗3—4倍以上;胆红素收率提高15—18%左右;重现性好、质量稳定;利于规范化生产,可望代替石灰水钙盐法生产胆红素的改革措施.
This paper offers a new method of the bilirubin production by using Ca from CaCl2 to prepare the calcium-bilirubin. It points out that by adopting this method, the reaction volume can be reduced to 20% than the traditional way of using Ca(OH)2 , and the energy consumption by triple to four times as much; we gain 15-18% more bilirubin than we did before, with good reappearance and stable quality, which contributes to the standardized prpduction. It can hopefully be used to replace the old way of using Ca(OH) 2.
