南非黑人内部的矛盾及其对政局的影响

CONTRADICTION AMONG BLACKS IN SOUTH AFRICA AND ITS IMPACT ON POLITICAL SITUATION

南非黑人内部矛盾是现今南非诸矛盾中的一个重要矛盾。这一矛盾不但已经日益明显地影响当前南非的政局,而且对南非的未来发展也将起着深远的作用。本文试图就其基本方面进行一些探索。

The contradiction among the blacks in South Africa is an important one of the contradictions that ave present in today's South Africa, with an impact, which runs as follows,practical and long-term significance on the political situ- ation there: (1) The immediate effect, of coatradiction and conflicts among the blacks is that they have come greatly obstructive to the constitutional talk; (2) They are affecting the growth and decline of various political forces in South Africa, with the prestige and image of the ANC suffering first; (3) The contradiction and conflicts among the blacks have aggraviated the vi- cious cycle of South African politics and economy; (4) To a great extent, the conflicts among the blacks are a scramble for power, which is closely associated with the distribution of powers in future South Africa, and this is ihe basic reason that explains why these conflicts are so difficult to quiet down; (5) Fighting against one another and mutual slaughter among the blacks are against the wishes of the numerous South African people and obstructive to the general tendency of peace talk in today's South Africa, although it is possible for the situation to be put under control and get alleviated through the efforts cf all parties.
