摘要
近几年来,土耳其的外资政策朝着更加开放、更加灵活、更加务实的方向发展,这一明显趋向深刻地反映了土耳其力图通过广泛引进和利用外资以加速本国经济发展的愿望与要求。研究分析这一发展趋向,对于我国引进外资和向土耳其投资都会有积极的参考借鉴作用。
Since the 1980's, especially since the mid 1980's, Turkey has made a
major ajustment of its policy towards foreign investment. Perfection and
applicability of the legislation; greater flexibility in its implementation; lib-
eralization of economy; reformation of the mechanism of capital turnover and
financial market; and strengthening of the link with world economy and
efforts made to emphasize the expansion of private sector:all have combined
to constitute the leading factors and the powerful driving force that give risc
to the positive policy towards foreign investment. At present, the policy is
being increasingly characterized with significant featuras of high level of
openness, greater flexibility and emphesis on practical effects, This is going
to be the trend of development that will keep on deepening and become
irreversible in the days to come. This clear tendency reflects profoundly that
Turkey is striving to make a quicker realization of its aspirations and wants
for national economic development by way of introducing and utilizing
extensively foreign capital.
