一种微功耗,可用CMOS电路直接驱动的平板式LCD显示器己成为显示器家族中的佼佼者,近两年国外出现的矩阵式单色或彩色显示屏显示信息量大,对比度好,清晰,不仅用于文本方式,也可用于图型方式显示,因此已在文字处理机,笔记本式计算机上使用。液晶矩阵屏与薄膜晶体管(TFT)已形成一种新技术。我们采用480×64矩阵显示屏达到较理想使用效果。
