本文从分析质量投入的最佳选择出发,进而分析了最佳质量成本模型的改进以及质量成本管理形式,最后得出结论是,为保证企业生产经营活动有序地进行,使各项质量管理工作落到实处,必须建立明确的质量责任制。

Auther analyses the optimum opt. of quality investment,further analyses the improvement of optimum quality cost model and quality cost control form,finally concludes that it is neccessary to estab-lish quality control responsibility system to ensure that business production and operation are carried out orderly, all quality control work are put into effect .
