摘要
本文从生理学与生物力学角度分析了呼吸运动对人体重心、肌肉工作效率及机体持续运动能力等方面的影响,结合田径各项目的动作结构,技术要求,说明调节呼吸对完成良好的技术,提高运动效果,创造优异成绩的重要作用。同时提出调节呼吸的方法与时相。
From the angles of physiology and biomechanics, the paper ana-
lyses the influence of the respiration on the body centre of gra-
vity, working efficiency of muscles as well as the sustained abi-
lity of the organism and so on. Combining with the movement struc-
tures and technical requirements in various track and field events,
it explains the important role of adjusting respiration in reaching
technical requirements, improving performance and creating good
results.
