本文切中要害地指出了打手出界技术的现实意义和使用价值。并紧扣当前训练实践,对打手出界技术的施用条件、动作要领及训练建议做了简明扼要的阐述。
The paper points out the practical significance and usage
value of the techniques of block out,closely combining with the
current training,it makes a clear and brief exposition on the
applying conditions and training suggestions for the techniques
of block out in volleyball.
