大型田径运动会裁判员队伍的结构组成是一个纵向分层、横向并列、纵横交错的严密群体结构,实行三级领导,以组为基础,全体裁判员必须有整体的工作意识和明确相互间的关系,分工合作。对裁判员的管理应以思想统一、目标明确、步调一致、工作规范、争创一流为指导思想。

The referee team in the large-scale track and field games is a compact group with the leadership at three levels.All the refe- rees (?)ust have the sense of whole team and definite relationship, good cooperation and unified thought.
