摘要 本文从多学科的角度重新认识髋、膝两主要关节在高速跑中的工作特征和在全程跑中不同段落里的作用。文章指出,在当代短跑技术中,伸髋、摆腿对跑速作用远大于伸膝和蹬地。传统的技术概念必须更新。 From the view of multisubject, the study rerecognizes theworking features of the two major joints of hip and knee in thehigh-speed running as well as the functions at different stages ofthe whole process of running. The article points out that in themodern sprint techniques, the functions of stretching hip and swing-ing legs to the running speed is much bigger than that of stretchingknee and pressing down the ground with feet. therefore, the tradi-tional technical concept must be renewed.
