深圳是中国对外开放最早、发展最快的城市,是中国体制改革的先行点、联系中国与世界的纽带.深圳今后对中国大陆发展的影响与作用程度,将取决于她能否成为中国大陆首个“社会主义的香港”.本文就目前深港两地的产业结构等作初步比较,认为深圳远落后于香港.要将深圳建成类似香港的国际性城市,调整产业结构势在必行.此外,还须加快实行“特别关税区”政策,发展高科技产业,大力发展第三产业.

As the earliest city opening to the world and a city boasting of the most rapiddevelopment,Shenzhenis a herald in reforming China's economic and politicalsyhtems and an important link connecting China with the world.To whatextent Shenzhen can influence the development of the mainland of China in theyears to come depends on whether or not it can beeome the first socialist “HonKong”of the mainland.This essay,by means of an initial comparison of the indus-trial structures between Shenzhen and Hong Kong,holds the opinion that atpresent Shenzhen lags far behind Hong Kong.In orden to build Shenzhen intoan international metropolis similar to Hong Kong,it is a must to readjust itsindustrial structure.Moreover,it is also neeessary to step up the implementationof the policy of“special customs zone”and to exert tremendous efforts onthe development of hi-tech industry and tertiary industry.
