里根经济学的诞生,在经济学领域不能不算件新鲜事。本文通过分析里根经济学形成的原因,探讨了里根经济学的基本特征,即五性:试验性、综合性、保守性、权变性和异质性。并在此基础上,试图对里根经济学作一个较为客观的历史评价。

The emergence of the Reagan economics is something new in the field ofeconomics.Proceeding from the cause underlying the forming of the Reagan econo- mics,the author inquires into the five basic characters:experimentality,compreh-ensiveness,conservativeness,variability,and heterogeneity.The author's purposeis,based on the said inquiry,to make a fair and objective evaluation in a histori-cal light.
