排球普修课中学生教学能力的培养

Training Students' Teaching Ability in Volleyball Common Course

作者通过多年自身实践的总结,提出了培养学生教学能力的“模式”,即在课上抽出一定的时间专门进行教学法、教学能力培养的教学。教学实践的结果表明,“模式”教学既提高了学生的教学能力,又保证了学生基本技战术的掌握;“模式”教学学生教学能力培养的用时应占全课时的15%～20%。

Based on their own exprience of many years practice,the authors put for- ward a mode of training students'teaching abilitp.Under this mode,a certain amount of time of a class period was specifically devoted to the training of teach- ing method and ability.Teaching oractice has proved that this roods instruction can not only enhance students'teaching ability but also guarantee students'mastery of basic technique and tactics.The time devoted to the training of students'teaching ability should account for 15-20 per cent of the whole teaching hours.
