摘要
本研究从“项群理论”角度探索,认识和把握技术训练的规律,可以促进同项群中各个项目之间的交流与提高。文中归纳和探讨了:技术对难美项群运动员的竞技能力起决定作用;难美项群运动员技术技能的主要特征;难美项群技术训练的发展趋向及根据基本动作和难新动作的特点去安排技术训练的内容、方法和训练负荷等方面的问题。
The technical training of the so called 'difficult and beautiful sports group'was studied including the decisive role of skills to athletes' competitive capabilities, characteristics of athletes' technical capabilities, the development and trend of technical training,and the items,methods,and training loads of technical training based on the basic skills and features of the difficult and beautiful sports.
