摘要
用水下秤重法和人体测量法研究了我国110名7~17岁男女网球运动员身体成分特征,并通过人体测量指标和人体密度间的相关分析和逐步回归分析,制定了预计我国儿童少年网球运动员人体密度的多元回归方程式和体脂率的评价标准。人体密度和体脂率的X±SD的结果是:7~12岁男生,人体密度(Db)是1.07096±0.00779g/ml,体脂率(F%)是12.54±3.1),女生人体密度是1.06388±0.00449g/ml,体脂率(F%)是15.40±1.80;13~17岁男子人体密度是1.07175±0.00609g/ml,体脂率是12.21±2.40,女子人体密度是1.05548±0.00901g/ml,体脂率是18.88±3.70。通过因素分析,提出儿童少年网球运动员男子应选用上臂部、腹部、小腿部皮褶厚度和胸围、体重、胸厚、大腿围形态指标,女子宜选用肩胛下部、腋部、大腿部皮褶厚度和身高、胸围、腹围、上臂围形态指标,做为身体成分选材的指标。
In this study, 110 Chinese male and female tennis players, aged 7-17 yrs, were measured by hydrostatic weighing and anthropometry,and the regression equations of the body density (Db) and fat percentage (F%) were formulated. The mean±SD of Db and V% of age 7-12 were 1. 07096±0. 00779g/ml and 12. 54+3. 1% in males (n=19),and 1. 06388±0. 00449g/ml and 15. 40±l. 80% in females (n=24), respectively. The mean±SD of Db and F% of 13-17 were 1. 07175±0. 00609g/ml and 12. 21±2. 40% in males (n=32), and 1. 05548±0.00901g/ml and 18. 88±3.70% in females (n=35), respectively. Through the factor analysis, for the purpose of talent selection, it was suggested to measure the skinfolds of triceps, abdomen and calf, the girths of chest and thigh, weight and chest diameter in males; the skinfolds of subscapular, midaxillary and thigh, height, girths of chest, waist and upper arm in females.
