摘要
对运动员服用西番莲、奥华两种饮料前后的运动能力及生理生化指标分析测定,发现这两种饮料能使运动员运动至疲劳的时间明显延长,维持血容量,使运动中血糖水平保持正常,并使血清镁离子浓度维持正常水平。
As a result of the abundance of Mg^(++),K^+ and vitamin C,the Xifanlian and orange juice can be used as matrices separately to produce Xifanlian and Aohua sports drinks through traditional and special prescription. The effects of these two sports drinks on the performance,blood biochemical and physiological parameters before and after a long-term aerobic treadmill running were studied. It was revealed that the Xifanlian and Aohua drinks could help the subjects significantly prolong the running duration to exhaustion,maintain the blood volume,the concentration of glucose at the normal level in experimental group, while there were no such effects in control group administered the common drink. Suitable amount of Mg^(++) in the two drinks was also beneficial to the energy metabolism,muscle contraction and the conductivity of nervous system. The results showed that these two sports drinks were very valuable for improving endurance performance of athletes. (Edited by Gao changxuan)
