A Design for Diagnosing and Controlling Stress Reaction of Athletes

在反馈控制原理基础上提出了一个运动员应激反应诊断和控制系统的理论设想,并用实验方法对应激反应诊断和控制监测指标的性质、特点、系统效果等进行了长期跟踪研究,为解决运动员应激反应诊断和控制问题探索了新途径。

On the basis of the feedback control theory,a theoretically designed system for diagnosing and controlling stress reaction in athletes was suggested in this study. The nature and Characteristics of parameters of personalistic psychology, physiopsychology, and socio-psychology was longitudinally investigated for 2 years. A computerized high-speed feedback system and the parameters' model of diagnosis and control were set up. The experiments on the effectiveness of the system was applied to various groups of the subjects from laboratory to the sports field. The study showed that the systematic procedures we suggested could be used effectively and practically,and the results from experimental and control groups were significantly different(p<0. 05).
