摘要
能源作为国民经济的基础,在中国经济发展过程中一直受到很大重视。进入80年代以后,随着能源生产和利用中引起的环境问题逐步得到重视,环境保护目标开始成为制定能源发展战略和发展规划的一个重要考虑因素,这种格局在中国未来能源战略中将继续存在。
great attention has been paid to energy, the basis of national economy. Since the advent of the 1980s, as great importance has been gradually attached to the environmental problems caused in the production and utilization of energy, the target of environmental protection has begun to become an important element which should be taken into account in formulating the strategy and plan of energy development. This situation will remain in the future energy strategy of China.
