摘要
笔者将自然运动与人类活动、生态环境与天气气候结合起来研究,求索洪旱灾害之谜,着重探讨了其中多种生态环境因素。由大灾后的反思,找出灾害加剧的人为原因是:人口激增、生态危机、水利失修等,提出要加强护灾减灾研究。
The author makes a synthetic study of the natural movement, human activities, eco-environment and weather-climate to search for the solution to the disaster of flood and drought. Many of the eco-environment factors are discusses. Through the introspection after the big disaster, the author found that the human factors which intensify the disaster are the rapid increase of population, ecological crisis and the disrepair of water conservancy, and put forward the proposal that the study of the prevention and reductron of disasters must be enhanced.
