摘要
本文建立了区域生态环境质量综合评价的指标体系,并应用这一指标体系,通过层次分析和综合评价方法对我国各省区的生态环境质量做了定量评价与分析,为生态环境管理和宏观决策提供依据。
This paper discusses the evaluation of eco-environmental qualities in the provinces
of China. Eco-environment quality index (EEQ) is used as a comprehensive index for
regional eco-environmental evaluation. The four aspects of ecological degradation, natural
resources, environmental pollution, social and economic condition are considered and 26
factors are selected in this projet. AHP approach, a simple and useful method, is used to
decide the weight value of evaluation. According to the EEQ, a unified sorting system for
the provinces is developed.
