摘要
本文分析了资源短缺和环境污染的现状,阐述了开发利用再生资源与保护环境的关系,并对开发利用再生资源提出了一些基本设想。笔者认为,人类未来的资源主体必将是再生资源。
This paper analyses the present situation in resources shortage and environmental
pollution in China,and expounds the relationship between exploiting and using regenerating
resources and protecting environment,and advances some basic ideas about the exploration.
The author considers that the principal resources will be the regenerating resources in the
future of mankind.
