摘要
在国际旅游促销中会涉及一系列复杂的法律问题。如果这些问题得不到重视和妥善解决,对我国国际旅游促销计划的实现将会产生不利的影响。本文仅对国际旅游促销中几个较突出的法律问题作一初步探讨。 一。
International tourist promotion involves a series of legal problems. Failure toheed and solve these problems properly will unfavourably influence the fulfilment ofChina's internatinal tourist promotion plan. Accordingly, we have to give prominenceto the following three problems: 1. The study of legal environment should be stressedin international tourist promotion. 2. Reliable agents might be selected to establishinternational stable relations. 3.Strict contract systems should be observed to ensurerespective rights and interests and to reduce disputes.
