一、饭店行业竞争格局 我国饭店行业经过13年的飞速发展,已初具规模,产业地位已经确定。现阶段,我国饭店行业多重竞争格局已经形成,其主要表现是: 一重格局:内资外资竞争。其基本态势是:政策过度倾斜,竞争地位不平等,外资饭店处于优势地位。虽然内资饭店,特别是国营老饭店凭借其传统优势和地理位置,节省开支。
The article discusses the pattern of competition and existing problems in the ho-tels as well as the ways to solve them. The author suggests futher study because itis an important problem which will influence the direction of the development of ourhotels,their competitive position and macroscopic economic results. The competitionalso determines how quickly our hotel industry will enter the international arena andwhether it will be competitive in international tourism.
