The book 《India and Burma》 was published by Hsin-hua Book Store in June 1942 in Yan'an. For the celebration of the 50th anniversary of its publication, we have selected the second chapter of the book 'the Initial-Stage Plunder of India by the British imperialists' and carried it on the present issue. The chapter is divided into three sections: (1)the plunder and land annexation policy of the primitive capital accumulation stage; (2)the plunder of industrial capital stage; and (3) the beginning of the imperialist plunder.
