导言对待语言变化,不同的语言里会有不同的态度。本文试图证明英语和汉语中对待语言变化的态度有着明显的差异,而差异的焦点则集中体现在对语言的变化是采取规定性的态度还是描写性的态度上。文末进而分析了差异产生的原因。

My investigation tends to know the attitnde of the students towards the English courses they are learning, through which we may see their tendency to the foreign language learning. To our surprise,commercial value is shaking down the value of the traditional foreign language teaching.This pa- per only gives an initial analysis.However both the students and the teachers seem reasonable and puzzled.The prob- lem required to be solved is how to make our English courses,teaching materials and langnage teaching approaches in accordance with the demands of the open society.
