举重运动员在神经类型的选材上,应以稳定型(含亚稳定型)为重点。对亚兴奋型运动员,只要教练员平时能注意加强运动员的心理素质训练,比赛时能恰当地启发和诱导,使他们处于最佳的心理状态时,也能创造出优异成绩。

As for the weightlifters with subexcitable category, as long as coaches could pay attention to strengthen their mental training in normal times and properly arose and guide them in competitions aimming at making them in the optimum mental conditions, they could also create good results.
