摘要
自由体操是女子竞技体操中非常惹人注目、对个人全能成绩具有较大影响的项目。我国由于自由体操落后,影响团体成绩不能稳居世界前三名,个人全能不能进入世界前三名,而一直停留在二流水平上。为使弱项有所突破,又不削弱强项:1.要有信心,2.要选准单项突破口,3.要舍得花时间下功夫,4.重视力量训练,5.充分利用模拟、辅助、加难多种手段提高训练效果,6.提高艺术造诣和修养,7.创新。
Floor exercise is a very attractive event in women competitive gymnastics, which has a great influence on the performance of the individual combined exercise. Because of lagging floor exercise in China, the team performance has been influenced and the Chinese team couldn't be in the first three places steadily in the world and the individual all-around could'nt enter into the first three place as well.For the purpose of enhancing weak events without weakening strong events, the following points should be stressed: 1. setting up confidence; 2. selecting single event as the opening; 3. willing to spend time; 4. attaching importance to strength training; 5. fully using the methods of imitative, auxiliary and adding difficulty to improve training results; 6. raising artistic attainments; 7. creating new exercises.
