Mechanical Study on the Hammer Throwing Techniques

通过对我国和世界优秀链球运动员投掷技术三维影片数据的比较分析,揭示了链球投掷技术的普遍规律和当今世界链球投掷技术的发展趋势和特点,并对我国优秀链球运动员的投掷技术进行了生物力学诊断,找出了影响我国链球运动技术水平迅速提高的关键因素和技术环节。

In this paper, through the three dimensional film data comparison and analysis of the throwing techniques between the Chinese and world's elite hammer throwers, the general rules of the hammer throwing technique as well as its developmental tends and characteristics in the current world were revealed. And it also made a biomechanical diagnosis on the throwing techniques of the Chinese elite hammer throwers and found out the key factors and technical links which influenced the rapid rising of the Chinese hammer throwing.
