本文开发研究了一种具有双重凸凹啮合的圆柱齿轮传动——双向圆弧齿轮传动。分析了其共轭齿面形成原理和加工制造方法,给出了产形面形成条件,阐述了该种齿轮传动的主要特点。为我国工业应用提供了一种新型高强度齿轮传动。

This paper introduces the developing of a cylindrical gear drive with dual convex-concave mesh—the bidirectional circular tooth gear drive. The generating principle of its conjugate tooth surface and its processing method are an- alsyed, the forming condition of its generating surface is pointed out. Also set forth is the main feature of this gear drive. It provides a new high strength gear drive for industrial applications.
