摘要
在滚齿加工中由于各种原因将会产生加工误差。找出影响加工精度的各种因素並给以有效的消除方法是齿轮专业人员坚持不懈的研究目标。到目前为止,齿轮研究人员在分析滚齿加工误差方面的注意力主要集中在机床,夹具和刀具三个方面,並取得了显著成果。但是,在实际上不可忽视的滚齿刀架角调整对加工精度的影响方面的研究似乎没有引起足够的注意。本文作者愿意把这方面的初步研究心得与感兴趣的读者交流,目的是抛砖引玉,更深入地开展这方面的研究工作。一、指导理论——空间啮合方程组和剃齿加工一样,滚齿加工也属于空间交错轴圆柱齿轮啮合的范畴。
Through the analysis and calculation based on the simultaneous 3D-equations of engagement of crossed=helical gear pair, it's concluded in this paper that conventional determination of hob support setting angle in terms of the lead angle of a standard hob and the helical angle of the workoicee to be bobbed will cause some bigger error in profile and in normal base pitch. To remedy these defects two methods are proposed: 1. Application of a special-designed hob for the specific workpiece to keep the normal angle of engage- ment equal to the normal pressure angle on the refe- rence cylinder. 2. Theoretical calculation of the axis angle of the hob with the workpiece through the solution of the simultaneous equations of engagement and determina- tion of the accurate value of hob support setting angle in terms of this crossed-axes angle.
