Putting the Focus on the Speed in the Technical and Tactical Training of Basketball

作者根据篮球运动的发展规律,结合我国的实际情况,认为“快速、灵活、全面、准确”是我国篮球技战术发展的方向,也是我国篮球技战术训练的基本路子。并由此提出了技战术训练中“以速度为中心”的训练指导思想。

According to the basketball's developing law and combining with the actual situation in China, the author thinks that 'Fast, Flexible, Comprehensive and Accurate' should be the developing direction in the techniques and tactics of the Chinese basketball and it's a basic technical and tactical training method of basketball as well. Therefore, the author proposesthe guiding idea of 'Putting the focus on the speed in the technical and tactical training of basketball'.
