克什米尔争端自产生至今已有44个年头了,印巴两国间为此发生了两次大的战争和无数次小的争执,联合国为调停其争端通过数十个决议,美苏等大国进行了多次斡旋,印巴两国领导人也进行了无数次的会谈,然而,争端一波未落,一波又起,恶性循环,持续不断。其解决的难度和问题复杂的程度似乎要超过南亚其它地区的争端。形成克什米尔争端的原因是多方面的,这里仅从历史角度作一探讨。一。
