摘要 当今,世界田径界多数优秀教练认为,帮助运动员登上新台阶,仍是一些力量训练法,为此必须探索如何安排和选择训练法的新途径。本文试图把各种力量训练法,依据肌肉收缩的类型进行分类,并对各种方法提出了具体建议。 At present, most excellent coaches of the track and field thought that the strength training methods were still very important for helping athletes to climb up new steps, therefore, a new training method should be studied. This paper tried to make a classification for various training methods according to the shrinkage types of muscle and proposed concrete suggestions for various methods as well.
