作者通过十多年的刻苦训练认识到运动员是训练的主体,运动员、教练员和科研人员共同努力、不断创新技术和优化训练是取得成绩的保证,身体素质、特别是专项能力是提高成绩的主要动力,高强度训练和小比赛是有效的方法。
From hard training of more than 10 years, the author understands that athletes are the main role in training, common efforts of athletes, coaches and scientists, constantly creating new techniques. and improving training are the guarantee for winning good results; fitness, especially the ability of specific sport plays the major role in raising performance; heavy load training and minor matches are the effective methods.
