我国优秀女子跳远运动员身体训练水平的检查与评定

Inspection and Evaluation on the Body Building Level of the Chinese Elite women Long Jumpers.

本文通过对我国30余名优秀跳远运动员13项测验的最佳成绩,运用数理统计法对其进行处理,从而找出优秀跳远运动员身体素质发展水平的参考“模型”和检查身体训练水平的测验“模型”,制定出身体训练水平的评定标准。

This paper, according to the optimum results of 13 tests among more than 30 elite women long jumpers, makes a process by the method of mathematical statistics and finds the reference model of the fitness developing level for the elite long jumpers as well as the test model for inspecting body building level, thus the evaluation standard of the body building level is made out.
