本文介绍奥运冠军奥尔加的间歇训练法,文中谈到间歇训练的意义、量、强度及其安排方法。还介绍了利用测心率的方法来控制肌肉工作时的供能性质。
The paper introduced the intermittent training method of Olga, Champion of the Olympic Games. It mentioned the meaning, quantity, strength and arrangement of the intermittent training and it also introduced the nature of supplying energy by using the method of determining heart rate to control the work of muscle.
