摘要 本研究用40只Wistar大白鼠制作运动性闭经某些性激素分泌特点的动物模型.发现:长时间的力竭性运动可以使大白鼠动情周期产生抑制,并且其血清E_2和P浓度低于正常动情周期鼠的动情间期水平;提供外源性雌激素和孕酮可能对推迟或抑制运动性闭经的产生作用不大;动情周期抑制鼠的E_2和P浓度改变,且其阴道细胞涂片与运动性闭经女运动员相似.我们可以用大白鼠做进一步的研究.(英文简写:P——孕酮,E_2——雌二醇,FSH——促卵泡成熟素,LH——促黄体生成素) Animal model of secretion characteristics of some sexual hormones in sport amenorrhoea was established with 40 Wistar rats. Prolonged exhaustive exercise may restrict the sexual circle of the rats and cause lower concentration of progesterone (P) and dihydroxyestrin (E_2) in serum than normal sexual circle. The effects of external female hormone and progesterone in delaying and restricting the sport amenorrhoea are insignificant. The concentration of E_2 and P in sexual circle restricted rats changed and their vagina cell smears were similar to that of the female players who had sport amenorrhoea. Further studies may be conducted with the Wistar rats.
