摘要
在跨栏跑技术教学中,运用表象训练与常规教学法进行对比,发现运用表象训练可加速跨栏跑正确技术的形成,从而提高教学质量.
Comparison was made between the image training method and the routine method in technical teaching of hurdle. It is found that image training can help to form the correct hurdling technique and improve the teaching efficiency.
