我国水资源面临的问题和对策——兼谈今年洪灾后的思考

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES FOR WATER RESOURCES IN OUR COUNTRY——Concurrently talking about the flood this year

由于多种原因造成了我国水资源的严重不足,在缺水的同时,还伴有洪涝灾害的出现,在经济和社会的发展过程中,我国七大江河、五大湖泊水体均有不同程度的污染,造成水资源的诸多问题。我们应从战略高度来认识水资源的不足,并以“水法”为准绳,经济机制和管理机制并举,防洪和开发相结合,来寻求解决水资源危机的正确途径。

The large scarce of water resources in our country, meanwhile accompany flood,is caused by many factors. With economic and social development, seven large rivers andfive big lakes are all polluted in varying degree. That results in many problems on waterresources from strategic point of view, in accordance with 'water law', combine preventingflood with development, develop simultaneously to explore ways of solving water resourcescrisis.
