摘要
本文从宏观角度,论述了沿海减灾在山东社会经济发展中的战略地位和作用,分析了山东沿海灾害的特点及发展趋势,提出了山东沿海减灾与发展的总体战略构想。
Based upon the analyses of the relationship between the natural disaster reductionin the coastal areas and the economic and social development in Shandong province, and thefeature and trend of the natural disaster in the coastal areas, the author, from themacroscopic angle, puts forward the overall strategy for the development and naturaldisaster reduction in the coastal areas of Shandong province.
