摘要
随着我国旅游业的发展,近十余年来,我国旅游教育也取得了较快的发展。至1989年底,全国开办旅游专业的院校已发展到354所,在校生5.3万人。其中,高等院校69所,在校生0.86万人,中等学校285所,在校生4.44万人。在全国51.7万旅游职工队伍中,多数或绝大多数接受了不同程度的培训。面对如此众多的院校与在职人员,如何加强旅游教育的宏观计划管理。
The article points out that macroscopic planning management should include the
following points: 1 .the scale and speed of the development of tourist education('scale'
refers to the number of tourist professional trainees within a certain period; while
'speed'refers to the changing frequency and range of the scale of development within
a certain period);2 .area distribution and structure of the development of tourist edu-
cation(The former refers to the colleges specializing in tourism and the number and
scale of the training bases distributed throughout the country;the latter refers to the
strata and classified structure of the tourist professionals trained);3. educational qua-
lity and benefit(The'quality'refers to the level of the basic elements needed for the
newly-cultivated tourist professionals while'benefit'refers to the relationship between
the educational investment and the contributions made to the society by professionals
trained);4.the implementation of the national educational policy and the distribution
of educational information.
In order to carry out macroscopic planning management for tourist education
effectively,it is imperative for us to study and adopt the measures and methods that
conform with tourist educational practice. The important ones are to bring tourist
education into national and regional educational development planning,maintain a close
relationship between the tourist and educational departments, study the relevant poli-
cies, measures and ways that are conducive to the implementation of macroscopic plan-
ning management for tourist education and carry out effective supervision and inspec-
tion.
