我国旅游涉外饭店经营情况剖析

An Analysis of the Management of the Hotels in Our Country

国家旅游局最近公布,截至去年12月底,我国投入使用的旅游涉外饭店已达1987座,比1989年增加了199座。1990年,我国旅游涉外饭店数量有所增加,但增长速度进一步回落。在我国国际旅游业恢复发展的大背景下,全国饭店平均客房出租率和营业收入总额都有所提高,虽然新近建设的饭店特别是外资饭店在这一年中还债负担普遍加重,但全国盈亏相抵后的利润总额仍然保持在4亿元以上。本文拟根据刚刚完成的全国1990饭店年报资料。

With the continuing development of international tourism in our country, the num-ber of hotels has been increasing with each passing year. Their management hastriggered great concern among people from all walks of life. This article presents ananalysis of the management of the present-day hotels in our country from the follow-ing aspects: 1. The management of the hotels of different economic types. 2. Themanagement of the hotels that open to business at different times. 3 .The managementof the hotels in different areas of the country. 4. The management of the hotels inthe main tourist cities. The article also lists the top thirty hotels in business incomeand the top thirty hotels in profit.
