摘要
受试者是17名男子中长跑和29名马拉松运动员。用“两点测试法”在实验室电动跑道和运动场上确定了他们的乳酸阈(LAT,4mmol/L)。在实验室,5名优秀中跑和7名青少年中长跑运动员LAT分别为4.74±0.24米/秒和4.13±0.11米/秒(p<0.01)。在运动场,5名1~2级中长跑和7名2级、11名1级以及11名健将级马拉松运动员LAT分别为4.66±0.50米/秒、4.77±0.14米/秒、4.84±0.13米/秒和4.93±0.09米/秒。除中长跑与2级马拉松组、2级与1级马拉松组外其余各组间均有显著性差异。对“两点测试法”的可靠性进行了检验并获得满意结果。
The lactate thresholds (LAT,4mM/L lactate)in 17 male middle-long distance and 29 marathon runners were determined using a 'two-point test'in both laboratory and field conditions. In laboratory conditions, the LAT in five elite middle distance runners and seven young middle-long distance runners were 4. 74±0. 24m/s and 4. 13±0. 11 m/s (P0.01)respectively. In field conditions, the LAT in five middle-long distance runners, seven marathoners of the 2nd class, 11 marathoners of the 1st class and 11 with the 'Master of Sport' title were found to be 4. 66±0. 50 m/s,4. 77±0. 14 m/s, 4. 84+0. 13 m/s and 4. 93+0. 09 m/s respectively. Significant differences were observed among the various groups except between the middle-long distance and the 2nd-class marathon groups and between the 2nd-class and 1st class marathon groups. The reliability of the 'two-point' test was examined in this study,with gratifying results.
